Dance like no one is watching

As a child I used to dance I always danced around untrained, it had always been a passion of mine. It is beautiful to make art with your body.  I didn’t start dance school still I was a teenager but I took quickly to it.  Now that I am a wife and mother I don’t have much time to dance.  I definitely miss performing on stage in front of hundreds of people.  I loved the adrenaline rush.  The only dancing I do now a day is in my kitchen with my daughter while we make dinner but I wouldn’t trade that in for the world.  It would defiantly be nice to dance again.
